1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IndexGraph, operated by Adexorb Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using indexgraph.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
IndexGraph provides SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) audit tools, reports, and related analytics. Features vary by subscription tier. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
3. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@indexgraph.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription, payment, and refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout, processed via Razorpay or other payment partners. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled from your account settings before the renewal date. We do not store your card details — payment data is handled directly by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliant environment.
4.1 Refund policy
- Within 7 days of first purchase: full refund on request, no questions asked, provided you have not exceeded the free-tier usage equivalent of your plan.
- After 7 days or on renewal: refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the current billing period, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment processor.
- Service outages: if a confirmed outage exceeds 24 hours in a billing period, you may request a prorated credit applied to your next invoice.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits any consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India).
To request a refund, email support@indexgraph.ai from the email address on your IndexGraph account. We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
Free trials and promotional credits may have separate limits described in the product. Promotional credits are non-transferable and non-refundable as cash.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs or content you do not own or have explicit permission to analyse
- Use the Service to crawl URLs in violation of the destination site's
robots.txtdirectives, Terms of Service, or other access restrictions - Use the Service or its connected APIs to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute spam, or generate content for the purpose of spamming third parties
- Use the Service to attack, scan, probe, or test the security of any system you do not own or have explicit written permission to test
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, tier restrictions, or billing controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written consent
- Upload malware, run denial-of-service workloads, or interfere with Service operation
- Generate content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in any of the above, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and UI, is owned by the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active subscription. You may not copy or redistribute our proprietary materials except as expressly permitted.
7. User content
You retain ownership of URLs and data you submit. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide audits, reports, caching, and support. Audit outputs are provided for your use; we do not claim ownership of your website content.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Perplexity), DataForSEO, Google OAuth, Razorpay, Vercel, Resend, and others. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
9. Service availability and modifications
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We may modify features, APIs, or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
11. Disclaimers
Audit results, scores, and AI-generated suggestions are informational guidance only. They do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Third-party search and AI engines change frequently; past performance does not predict future results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 if you use a free tier.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes (such as new fees, changes to cancellation rights, or expansions to data collection), we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email to active account holders before the changes take effect, and post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For minor clarifications, we will simply post the updated Terms.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a material change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date and request a prorated refund per Section 4.1.
